William has been outstanding since day 1 of meeting. My husband and I are first home owners and did not have much knowledge of the process. There were a bunch of terms thrown at us that we knew nothing about and William explained in detail and understanding to us.He always gave us the time of day at any time of the day. If we were unsure about something, he was just a call or text away away. He took the time to explain things to us during home viewings and was completely transparent with us.
