William Close and his assistant were absolutely wonderful throughout my first home-buying experience. William was patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and always made sure I understood each step of the process. He truly cared about helping me find the right home, not just making a sale. I’m so grateful for all of their help and would highly recommend William and his team!

Will was able to show us around a dozen homes that fit our criteria. He was honest about the pros/cons of each house and talked about concerns that may occur with each property (proximity to stadiums, distance from metros, local schools, etc.). He connected us with a fast and professional financer that actually provided us with the lowest rate, we did shop around. Where Will's experienced shined the most was in finding solutions. When we decided on the house for us the sellers decided to throw a few curve balls. Will provided us with multiple options to resolve the issues that were presented in the process of finding our home. Closing at the agreed upon time, last minute contract changes, and having a move-in ready house were some of the hurdles we ran into and Will resolved them all. I imagine that buying a home is always a bit of a stressful ordeal, but having an experienced realtor to negotiate on your behalf and manage expectations made a difference. My wife and I are very satisfied with our home.
