Victoria is a long-time resident in the East Bay and San Francisco. A graduate of UC Berkeley, and Cornell Law School, she initially practiced as a lawyer in a private law firm, then as in-house counsel for the fine art and luxury goods auction house Sotheby's. Later, as director of business development her career took her around the world, and she has lived and worked in New York, Paris, London, Beijing, and Hong Kong. However, she never stopped calling the Bay Area home, and in 2013 returned to pursue her true passion in real estate.
Combining local knowledge with her business and legal acumen, Victoria has helped home buyers, sellers and investors with all of their real estate needs across the bay area, specializing in Piedmont, Berkeley, Oakland and beyond. As a home owner and seasoned real estate portfolio investor herself, she is not your average realtor. Assisting buyers and investors to find their ideal home or property, and sellers with achieving the best price and terms to secure their journey to the next chapter of life, is fundamental. Beyond this, Victoria ensures her clients are prepared and updated throughout every transaction. From issues surrounding property condition, special terms in legal agreements, coordinating tax planning considerations, or marketing to a targeted audience she is adept at delivering dream outcomes. Having relocated many times herself, she is keenly able to assist international and out-of-area clients relocating to the bay area and comparing neighborhoods and features with a uniquely tailored approach.
In addition to being a qualified, licensed member of the California State Bar, and a luxury auctioneer guru, she also has specific designation specialties in real estate. A National Association of Realtors GREEN Designee, she advises clients on improving the energy and environmental efficiency of their homes. In addition, she is an ABR designee, an Accredited Buyers’ Representative, with strategies to achieve success amongst the competition. And finally, she is a candidate for Residential Real Estate Council’s Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers and brokers.
Apart from her passion for real estate, Victoria is an expert in art and literature, a nature enthusiast, surfer, yogi, and loves to travel around the world. She is an avid foodie, photographer, culture vulture, and never short of advice when called upon for a restaurant or activity recommendation. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and is proficient in Spanish and French.
