Todd's approach to our home sale was first class all the way! His team included a photographer that was the best! Not only did he take great indoor photos but did drone shots as well. He even came back to the house at twilight to get evening photos! Todd made sure there were first class brochures available as well as QR code information! Many agents don't have outside brochures anymore but for people interested in the house, it was instant information to share with others. Todd held an open house the first weekend of the listing and it sold in three days. Now comes the good part! Todd stayed on top of every aspect of the contract, keeping in touch with the buyer's agent, watching all deadline dates and working with the Title company to make sure everything was being completed. That was so important for us since we were dealing with movers, storage, and all that entails! We couldn't have asked for anyone better! We highly recommend him if you're looking for a realtor with a winning personality who will keep the transaction on the right track and look out for your best interests!
