What a CRAZY market to be a buyer or seller in. Fortunately for me I had a home to sell the first part of 2021. I haven't sold a home in 20+ years, so needed to find a realtor I could trust to lead me through the process. I did all the due diligence - interviewing realtors, etc. Then I remembered Todd from my daughters club volleyball days, years ago. Plenty of long match days chatting with he and his wife.
