Tim was an excellent person to work for us to find the right house for us! Knowing Tim almost 28 years, we reconnected with our move to Minnesota, and he stepped up by making the commute to Rochester to spend an entire day with us to look at over 10 homes! He guided us through our first time home buying experience with his own experience and expertise! He took the time to point out important details in every home, explain potential concerns, and help us understand what would best fit our needs both virtually while we were still in Phoenix, Arizona and when we spent the entire day together looking at homes in person. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us through our first home-buying experience. Tim is not only a great friend but also an outstanding real estate agent, and we highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!

As a first-time homebuyer, the entire process felt extremely daunting. I originally worked with another agent who embodied all of the negative stereotypes of real estate agents, and I assumed that was how everyone operated—showing up to viewings without looking at the listing beforehand, and offering very limited knowledge about the neighborhoods I was interested in. I consistently felt like a burden to my previous agent, even with normal things like scheduling showings or putting in an offer. I only have one regret from this entire journey, and that is not starting it with Tim. Tim completely changed my perspective on what a great agent should be. Before every single showing, he would create a personalized video going through the online listing, breaking down potential red flags and important details before we even stepped foot in the house. As someone who had no idea what to look for and someone who operates on a busy schedule, this was incredibly helpful. It saved me so much time by allowing us to rule out houses that weren't a good fit before scheduling a showing. He also would take the time to see the house himself if I went to an open house and wanted to put in an offer. Overall, I felt completely supported and confident working with Tim. Tim is a true jack of all trades when it comes to knowledge. His estimated value on the house was shockingly similar to the appraisal, he is well-versed in home repairs, and he was able to get me in contact with high-quality, trusted contractors. Tim's attention to detail, proactive approach, personable demeanor, and genuine care made all the difference. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Tim was great at every step of the process, from telling us what to look for and avoid when looking at online photos, to giving detailed explanations about house features during walkthroughs, and recommending repairs and vendors after closing. He is extremely transparent at every step and makes sure you understand what you’re getting into when you buy a home. I’d especially recommend him to any first time homebuyer.

Tim was an absolute gem to work with. He was able to break down houses via online listing pictures which saved us a bunch of time by skipping over houses we knew wouldn’t work for us. He sent detailed video and voice recordings of him reviewing houses we were interested in and was able to give detailed explanations about possible problems he saw just by reviewing the online listings. He sent a lot of voice texts so that connotation was inferred properly. He went above and beyond when we did find our dream home by being at the home for plumbers and other workers to be let in as the seller was not available to do so. He even pealed and primed where chipping paint was to insure we’d pass our inspection. He did an amazing job negotiating for us with the listing agent because he had been able to develop a great rapport with the listing agent through his excellent communication. He truly made the experience feel like he was in the buying process with us and did everything he could to protect us when it comes to future expenses etc. There is a reason this guy was chosen as top realtor in the state of Minnesota, simply, he earned it.

Tim has lots of knowledge on houses! Will tell you upfront if a house isn’t worth looking at (no time wasted). He has knowledge on every aspect of a house and provides honest information. Tim is a “champ”!!!!

I recently bought my first home with my spouse and Tim was absolutely wonderful!
