I’m an award winning Realtor and a Top Producer since 2005 with the West Volusia Association of Realtors, closing over $85 million in sales and over 500 transactions. I take pride in having great negotiating skills and bringing Buyers and Sellers together. I participated in several sales courses with Mark Leader, Watson Realty Success School, business classes with DBCC and several other courses throughout my career. Earning several awards for volume, integrity and professionalism with NAR, WVAR, Watson Realty, NextHome All American and Rupp Real Estate Services. I am a full time agent 7 Days a Week. I work all over Central Florida. I enjoy being around people and seeing the joy of placing them in the home of their dreams or helping them relocate to another area. I am happily married to my supportive husband and I am a proud mother of 3 sons, a grandson and my sweet Dachshunds Bella(RIP) and Reese. I am formally from Northern Maine, which I visit every chance I get. I moved to Central Florida in 1985 and currently reside in the Deland area in Volusia County. I have extensive knowledge of the area and Love Historic Deland which was recently voted #1 Best Rated Town in the United States. My hobbies include traveling, biking, jeeping, family and friends, camping, and the old fashioned sitting on the couch watching a good movie. Prior to Real Estate, I worked for Sherwood Medical, a Medical Device manufacturer now called Cardinal Health for 14 years specializing in production planning and organization for the company. I needed a change to give me more of a challenge in my life so I decided to do something that I always dreamed of doing. I’ve been involved in Sales throughout my life including Home Interiors, Princess House, Creative Cards Inc and Pampered Chef. My Spiritual Gift is in Sales. Responsive and knowledgable

Terrie helped us sell our house in one week when the market was rather slow. She also provided great contacts that helped us get our house ready for sale. She was responsive to our questions. Overall, we were pleased with our experience working with Terrie.

Great agent Terrie White

Terrie is a fabulous agent. She marketed our house with great detail from beautiful photos highlighting all aspects of our home, to post cards announcing the home for sale. Always communicating steps along the way from open house to feed back from potential buyers. Terrie’s attention to detail and organization is top notch. Our experience was the smoothest transaction that we have ever purchased home!

The Best Realtor Of All Times

We don’t even know where to start. Terrie is a very knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated realtor. She answered any and all questions, made situations less stressful, worked around our availability, and was nothing but open and honest. We would recommend her to absolutely anyone and everyone.
