Tania Story

Tania is excellent at her job and will bend over backwards to help you. We never had to wonder what was next or what to do when things got tricky with the buyer. She kept us informed and worked hard to get us sold at the price we wanted in a difficult market. Her knowledge and skill was invaluable. Highly recommend!

Tania is the best agent we have ever worked with. She goes above and beyond helping us get units sold. She has us a client for life.

This is the second home Tania has helped me purchase in Castle Rock. She is so great to respond to texts and emails quickly, and always happy to answer any questions. Tania has a great team of professionals to work with - mortgage brokers, home inspection specialist, etc. She makes the home buying process very easy!

Tania has been our go-to realtor since 2010. She is honest and straight forward. We appreciate her expertise and knowledge of real estate trends and feel this was key to our success in selling and purchasing throughout the years.

If you choose to work with Tania, she will be by your side every step of the way. Her approach is transparent, direct, and proactive. Having owned a home before, I felt semi-prepared as we embarked on this new endeavor; however, I was not prepared for how competitive the Denver market truly is. Tania’s depth of knowledge, connections in the industry, and her understanding of the greater Denver area are why we were so successful in our pursuit for happiness. We started working with Tania in early March and were able to close on a home by mid-April. Tania Story was recommended to my Husband and I through a coworker who had previously worked with her, and we too have continued to recommend her to those in need of a rock-star real estate agent. I hope she is still in the business should we ever decide to buy a new home!

Tania is, by far, the most honest, knowledgeable, and hard- working agent we've worked with. She helped us as buyers and sellers, and was our best advocate! Very responsive and prompt whenever we had a question or needed advise. Tania is wonderful to work with, and would highly recommend her!
