Back in 2024, Susan was a highly recommended Realtor by the local community and still is. I met with her briefly to discuss the market in case of a certain situation came up and I could plan ahead. Immediate I could tell that Susan is not just there to sell. She has a genuine interest for her clients and her community. Even though I was not a client, she took her time to advice and gave me all the possible angles and possibilities to achieve a positive outcome. As a matter of fact, after we met I called her several other times to discuss rental and or sell of my property in case of any changes in my employment since I am military. She never once sounded dismissive nor changed her position on what needed to be done. When the time came to move and I got called to serve as a full time military member, I knew without a doubt who was the person to call. Full confidence in her abilities and I could say, never felt worried... even in todays market. Our house sat on the market from June 2025 until the new year of 2026 without any leads, calls or bites to buy. I knew it was time to make a switch to a new realtor and I wish I called Susan sooner. From staging our home, to repainting, accent walls, and overall updating the house, Susan did it all to facilitate the deal for our house to get sold. Through all obstacles and challenges including competing with our builder putting out homes at a lesser price, Susan found way to find an edge and create value that our home had over the other new builds.
