She was awesome to work with, found homes in our price range, in our area, and size all the time. She sent us daily reports and would be available to view homes pretty quickly. She was honest and helpful with us as first time buyers and she had an awesome energy, we just clicked with her. Some houses we viewed she let us know if something was overpriced, or fishy, etc. She didn’t try to “sell us” on one house, and guided us to help us find what we wanted. I will forever recommend Summer. She was also very responsive and has continued to check on us even after we bought our home.

Summer was phenomenal! I couldn't have asked for a better person to help put me in my first home! Summer is very familiar with the Irvington area, where I was looking, and made time for a three-hour tour of homes in the neighborhood the day after I contacted her. When I reconsidered what type of home I was looking for after the first few houses, she immediately came up with the perfect place to look at, a house that had been on the market for just a few days, and arranged for us to see it the same day. She went back with us for a follow-up visit the next day, told the seller we were interested, and got our offer together over the weekend. Thanks to her hard work we were able to make an offer three days after our first visit, and I ended up with the perfect home at a great price. Summer continued to go out of her way to set up follow-up viewings and inspections. She exchanged responses to and from the seller in only hours (and sometimes minutes) and made herself available to talk about concerns on the phone whenever needed. Summer uses an e-signing service and a client portal with a helpful timeline, which made it easy to manage the sale process even though I was living in another city, and she was always able to work around my schedule and availability for phone calls and visits. If you are looking to move to Irvington, you won't find someone who cares about finding your right home more than Summer does!
