She was calling getting us a truck, when we had to be out in hours. AT&T never turned off the alarm for the new buyers. Some how she took care of the cops, and the whole issue. The teams pro photos were top notch along with the staging. Not singing with Summer would be a mistake. She negotiated the purchase for our new dream home. She found everything on our list below what we were willing to pay.

This was Summer's and my first deal together, and from the jump, she went to bat for us and made this deal go as swimmingly as it possibly could have! She communicates very effectively and openly and is VERY patient, which are traits you don't see as much in such a hot market. We give a ton of credit to Summer for helping us get the house we wanted in this seller’s market. It’s very likely that she was the difference between us getting the house and not getting the house. There’s nothing more you can ask from your agent than that.
