Summer guided us toward submitting the competitive offer that got accepted. We’re still kind of surprised — we got a house that had most of what we were looking for, in the neighborhood we wanted to live in, at a time when it’s extremely hard to find a house, much less get your offer accepted. Summer, who also represented us in the sale of our previous house, worked with us on our search for more than a year. She responded almost immediately to any house we wanted to see, even if we acknowledged up front it probably wasn’t going to be what we were looking for. We did put an offer on one previous house, which we fell short on, and then we got this house on our second try. I’d say 1-for-2 is a phenomenal success rate right now. We give a ton of credit to Summer for helping us get the house we wanted in this seller’s market. It’s very likely that she was the difference between us getting the house and not getting the house. There’s nothing more you can ask from your agent than that.

Working with Summer as our realtor made a stressful situation feel like a cake walk. She was very accommodating to our specific needs, timeline and personality. She never rushed things on our end or made us feel pressured during our house hunt. Summer understood that while we were eager to find a new house, we had a lot of work to do to get our current house at the time ready for the market, and she made herself readily available whenever we were able to take next steps in the overall process.
