It was an absolute delight working with Summer! We made the decision to purchase our first home this year and she made the process so much easier. The market is unforgiving and we put in several competitive offers with no luck but Summer was super supportive. She offered to give us a break in searching and right when we were going to take her up on it we found our house. We were able to get it below asking price (unheard of right now) and it checks off everything on our list and more! Summer was great! She was very down to earth making her easy to work with. She really wants what’s best for her clients.

Summer went above, and beyond. She made a hard time (pandemic selling, and buying smoother). The moving company failed to move all our belongings. She was calling getting us a truck, when we had to be out in hours. AT&T never turned off the alarm for the new buyers. Some how she took care of the cops, and the whole issue. The teams pro photos were top notch along with the staging. Not singing with Summer would be a mistake. She negotiated the purchase for our new dream home. She found everything on our list below what we were willing to pay.

This was Summer's and my first deal together, and from the jump, she went to bat for us and made this deal go as swimmingly as it possibly could have! She communicates very effectively and openly and is VERY patient, which are traits you don't see as much in such a hot market. On top of that, she is very personable and easy to talk to, to the point where talking about this deal felt like talking to a friend. All in all, this will certainly go down as Summer's and my first deal of MANY! Boom Baby. 💪
