This lady rocks. She will bend over backwards to do everything in her power to get you in a home that fits your family’s needs. We had a tight budget and a USDA loan and somehow she got us into a gorgeous house within 2 months. The devil works hard, but Summer works harder!

If something pops up she's quick to message me. If there's something that might not be a fit she'll tell me instead of letting me jump through the hoops for a bad fit.
