Working with Summer as our realtor made a stressful situation feel like a cake walk. She was very accommodating to our specific needs, timeline and personality. She never rushed things on our end or made us feel pressured during our house hunt. Summer understood that while we were eager to find a new house, we had a lot of work to do to get our current house at the time ready for the market, and she made herself readily available whenever we were able to take next steps in the overall process. Summer was extremely flexible with her schedule and was always able to accommodate our schedules when arranging for us to walk through houses, no matter the day of the week or time of the viewing or how far she had to drive...even despite the fact that she had just had a baby! Summer was reliable, available and dependable through the entire process, start to finish, which spanned a few years when it was all said and done. Summer always gave us her honest opinion about houses and properties, whether positive or negative, and I never felt like she was just telling us what we wanted to hear. If she had reservations about a property, she shared it with us. I truly felt like Summer was as invested as we were in making sure we found the best house for our family. We were terrified to sell our home but Summer made it so easy. She helped me stage it and then took beautiful photos of it - we had 12 showings in a day! She answered all questions we had so patiently we always felt our transaction was in good hands with Summer.
