Steve Wiest

I am an out of state, first time homebuyer and was very happy that Steve was my realtor for the whole process of buying a home. Steve was very knowledgeable on the process and was able to provide me the answers to all the questions that I had for him since I was clueless to home buying. If Steve did not have an answer for me right away, he made sure that he got the information I was looking for in a quick manner. Steve was also very familiar with the area I was looking to purchase in, along with the surrounding areas which really helped since I was an out of state buyer. I also felt like Steve was easy to get a long with, comfortable to be around and I felt like he was a trustworthy person that was looking out for me. Whenever he would show me a house, he would point out things about the houses and would also let me have my space to roam around the houses and get a feel for them without being that person who was breathing down my neck pressuring me while looking. My buying process was NOT a very smooth one due to some issues that arose, but Steve was there every minute to ensure everything was sorted out and getting the ball rolling again on the buying process. I am also VERY thankful and appreciate all of the extra help that he has been giving me after I finally closed on a home by being that person to do my final walk through and receiving my keys, keeping in contact with me until I move in, referring what utility companies to go through and when to start them, and checking on the property for me just to name a few things. I highly recommend Steve for anyone looking to purchase a home!

So lucky to have found Steve and Jacque for my recent real estate adventures. They helped both to sell my house and buy another. Firstly to sell my house, which they got done within a day of listing, and secondly to buy a new house, which was a process! Steve and I visited a lot of properties, he is very knowledgeable, both about the area and the specific things to look out for when viewing a property. He would usually make a bee line to the water heater, hvac, roof etc as soon as we got to any property. It took us a couple of months to find the right place, he never seemed to lose interest in the search and was very patient with my pickiness! When we eventually did find the right place the work was far from over, we had to deal with some especially difficult circumstances regarding the seller and Steve worked his tail off to get everything organized so we could close on the correct date, it was down to the wire but we got it done! Even after the closing they were still working to help everything go smoothly, Steve and Jacque even showed up the next day to help move some of the junk left behind by the seller! Amazing!! They really went above and beyond to get this done for me, honestly can't imagine having had a better team to help me out. All I can say is, if you're buying or selling your house, USE THEM!!!!
