Sreedhar is very proactive during the contract texture. After that. He is very busy with other clients(which is obvious). The main thing is to highlight that old clients also bring new clients if the process is being smooth and stringent.Sometimes agent forgot the phononenon and I did not get proper response once the property is being sold.Anyway overall experience is quite smooth and straight forward.
