Then, once we found a place we loved, she was fantastic with negotiating with the sellers and walking us through the process. Saying Shaylisa went above and beyond is an understatement!! We’ve been working with Shaylisa since July once my hubby and I decided we wanted to move from FL to CO. She set us up in her search portal right away and answered our numerous questions and provided invaluable insight! We had one weekend in the beginning of December to fly to CO and find a house for our family of five. Shaylisa helped us purchase a home in central Denver in June 2019. She was terrific! We were moving on a very fast timeline and she was able to execute a successful transaction without delay. We were most impressed by and appreciative of the fact that she was so organized and diligent once we identified the home we wanted - she anticipated our questions, provided us with very helpful information, resources and contacts. She reviewed the extensive HOA documents to confirm that the information the seller was providing was accurate. We ran into an issue with our sewer inspection and she was proactive in working with the seller's agent to find a resolution to the issue very quickly and fairly.
