I was searching for an investment property on Zillow, my favorite real estate website. I found a property that interested me and through Zillow I met Realtor Scott Garrison. Scott dropped what he was doing and immediately showed me the house, as time was of the essence on this property. By the end of the day, Scott had our contract submitted and shortly thereafter we had a signed contract. His follow-up and communication were excellent, whether by phone, e-mail, or text, whatever it took. Thanks to Scott, inspections were a snap. I have used many realtors in the past, but Scott is tops. He was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions or concerns. His years of experience is a bonus as he definitely knows what he is doing. This was my first experience with electronic signatures, which was a breeze with Scott's guidance. Scott delivered on everything with enthusiasm and integrity, and results! I can't imagine ever using another realtor again.
