I was searching for an investment property on Zillow, my favorite real estate website. I found a property that interested me and through Zillow I met Realtor Scott Garrison. Scott dropped what he was doing and immediately showed me the house, as time was of the essence on this property. By the end of the day, Scott had our contract submitted and shortly thereafter we had a signed contract.
