I’ve worked with Scott a few times now, so going to him for this land sale felt natural. A while back he helped me buy a home on 5200 1st St in Fairview Shores. The place needed a little work, but in the end it turned out to be one of the better buys I’ve made. Because of that, I knew this sale would be handled right. This time it was a vacant lot out of town, and I honestly thought it might just sit there for months. But things started moving fast. Offers came in one after another, and before I knew it, it sold over full price to a cash buyer. There were a couple moments when I thought it might slow down, but he kept me updated the whole way, so I never felt stressed or left hanging. I’ve been investing in real estate for years, and it’s not always easy to find someone who keeps things smooth and actually watches the details. This one worked out really well, and I’m glad I went with him again.
Wow! I think this is the seventh time I've worked with Scott on a real estate transaction over more than 15 years. It's amazing how time flies. This one was in West Volusia county near Orange City where I bought a home for me to live in… and although I didn't know that area super well at the time, Scott does, and he was able to guide me so that I was able to find something that I wanted and that was also a good deal. As always he was very detail oriented and did not allow anything to happen that would cause the deal to tank or that would cause potential future problems for me as the buyer. Over and over again I would recommend Scott to anyone looking to Buy or Sell Central Florida real estate!
