I’ve worked with Scott a few times now, so going to him for this land sale felt natural. A while back he helped me buy a home on 5200 1st St in Fairview Shores. The place needed a little work, but in the end it turned out to be one of the better buys I’ve made. Because of that, I knew this sale would be handled right. This time it was a vacant lot out of town, and I honestly thought it might just sit there for months. But things started moving fast. Offers came in one after another, and before I knew it, it sold over full price to a cash buyer. There were a couple moments when I thought it might slow down, but he kept me updated the whole way, so I never felt stressed or left hanging.
