We short sold 2 properties in Florida with Scott Garrison. He sat down with us and walked us through each step of the way prior to us committing on anything. He even went into how to handle voice message for collection agencies. We ended up short selling each of the properties and everything went exactly how Scott said it would go. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He has the attitude of making each client feel that they do not have to worry about not selling the house he is working on. I've used Scott Garrison's services to purchase two rental properties, a Short Sale I bought for a rental in 2012, another Rental I bought in 2013, and recently have had him sell one of my other Rental Properties in near Azalea Park for me this year.
