I have talked with so many Realtors here online in my search before I met Scott; this is my first house for me and my daughter. I wanted good schools and a place that I didn't have to fix up or make a lot of repairs to. I choose Scott to help me as he returned all my calls and emails fast and seemed nice and always told me the truth-even that I should not make an offer on some homes. He kept in touch with me these past several months and we had to make a few offers to get one accepted. Eventually I had to pay over full price to get the one I bought, as he kept telling me I'd have to. He stuck with me and did not give up, and does what he promised. I would work with him again!

Scott Garrison has a high ranking on this site for sold homes near this one, so called and hired him to sell my Investment home I bought a few months ago. I was sure I'd sell it for more than what he told me it would sell for as a flip it sold for within a few thousand of what he predicted and I still made money. He is good to hire to sell a home if you want him to handle every detail for you, he kept saying just let me do it for you and he DID do it good. All I needed to do was sign the papers, he handles everything and makes me making money as an investor easy.

Scott sold me my first home way back in 2005- he knew what I was looking for and he was just hired to sell a home he thought I'd like, and thought of me special and called me the day it went for sale, showed it to me and I loved it and bought it! I've referred him to my other friends who he has sold homes for, and they had good results and I think they were happy. I know he still keeps in touch with my other friends still to this day. I've been talking to him about Real Estate now for many years, and have used many other related real estate people he has recommended to me like lenders, home inspectors, termite inspectors, Title agents too. Scott will always tell you exactly like it is, even if you don't want to hear it right then, and will always move the process forward. I can count on him to always remember every detail and to follow up on…just everything, you have no idea! I am a local Residential Repair Contractor, and have helped Scott rehab several of the homes he buys for investment or rental- we are just finishing one right now. Scott is the Best!! My husband and I were looking for a house in the Winter Park, specifically around Winter Park High School. While searching on Zillow we came across Scott. We sent him an email and he called us the next day. We explained to him that the area we are looking for, was a small perimeter. He made a MLS listing for us and every morning we would get a list. We would review and when we saw one that peeked our interest we called Scott and go look at the house. During the process we came on a few that we were what I thought were good, but Scott was very real and told us on certain ones that he did not think were good for us or would be problems. Sometimes the process made me tired but he continued to encourage us until we found one that we really liked. We thought for sure that one would have been it but, by the time we looked at it and told Scott to make an offer it was sold the next day. We were disappointed but two weeks later we found the PERFECT House!! We offered over full price for the house to guarantee we would get the house. He helped with this part and I happy that he did because we won the bid by only over a few dollars. Scott also recommend a great Lender that we were very satisfied with as well. The lending team was very helpful and they provided such a personable service. They treated us well. We were happy that we chose them over a cooperate bank , much better service and quicker too. He did it again! This is the second home Scott has sold for me. I have known and worked with Scott for over 20 years, and I knew I could count on him to manage the details of the sale of my home while living out of state. When I called Scott, it was to take over a stalled process. He immediately went to work to ‘re-market’ the property. His plan was to drive as much traffic to the house by posting multiple photos, and videos across several sites. I was actually surprised at the amount of interest and the numbers of showings generated. During the process Scott guided me to make adjustments based on viewer feedback, and continued to work past a difficult offer that fell thru, by keeping up the numbers of showings. Being out of state, he made it easy by referring several good contractors to help with minor repairs keeping the property ready for showings. Knowing Scott as long as I have, I am still amazed at his ability to manage the number of projects he takes on with the same level of high energy. I was buying a bank owned condo to live in and I was buying it from out of state and Scott encouraged me to make a well over full price offer, which I did and I won the bid vs. about 10 other offers. At the time I wasn't so sure about the offering price, but now that I am closing I realized that I got a great unit for the price I paid!
