This year, a good friend of mine, who is in CANADA, would like to find an investment property in this sunshine state, near where I live. As a Canadian, my friend foresaw the purchase process would encounter more challenges and difficulties than usual. We had a condo in Orlando, FL. My husband and I live in another state. About 10 minutes after I sent email to Scott, he called me back and we met the next day to start the sale. The condo was tenant occupied which made it difficult for potential buyers to see with 24 hours notice. Finally the tenants moved out when the lease expired and we received offers shortly after. The condo was not highly priced I have to say, but the buyer still made demands. We did make some repair work but not all of it and the buyer accepted. The title company Scott found was efficient too which made the out of state transaction easy. I would recommend Scott for selling your home.

Fantastic work!!!! I met Scott on Zillow. Scott showed me several homes before I finally got one. I had to offer OVER FULL PRICE to be competitive on my condo, so others will believe that's what they have to do. I have great follow by phone and email that I pay attention to all the details, and that I made the buying process easy, and made it easy for me to get into the Condo during the closing process. Also, Scott reffered me to good Insurance person. I was fun and interesting to work with and that I trust Scott to do the right thing for me.
