We got 6 bedrooms, 4 baths for $293,000. Most everything with this Listing agent was done thru email, we never actually met his as we had our own agent. Fine job.

We have bought several properties with him, and referred him to our family members who have also bought homes to rent with him. He has a great team of professionals he uses that we have got great results with like local mortgage lenders and Home Inspectors. He makes the buying process as easy as it can be. There's no reason for anyone not to feel comfortable being able to trust him to do the right thing for you too with Orlando Rentals!

Bought a Rental property in Orlando as an investment a year ago, having met Scott online when he was the Listing office (and also represented us in the purchase). In the past year, Zillow’s Zestimate tells us we have make $43,000 on our $79,000 initial investment in 12 Months. As experienced investors, we could recognize right away Scott knew what he was doing with Investment properties. Since then, we’ve bought a few others with him and referred him to our friends and family members looking to buy also. He’s given us personalized service, and has opinions worth listening to.
