We met Scott Garrison online- he called us back right away and gave us a great list of homes for sale in the area that we just coundn't get anywhere else, then met us out and the first one when we saw one we liked. We thought buying a hoemn to get out of living with the parents would be easy- NOT. The market is crazy and competitive. We put in an over full price offer $23,000 higher than asking price to beat out the other 10 or 15 offers and got the home! Then the home appraised with my lender for $20000 less than that, so we GOT the home still didn't have to pay as much in the end, just like Scott said would probaby happen! In the end, we had to put in about 5 contracts all for over full price before we got the one we aer in now here in Casselberry…and even that one took months to close due to some repairs Scott makde the seller do for us, and then the Hurricane too. It was such a long haul- we had no idea how much time and effort it would take. Scott was with us every step I have no idea how he kept track of everything and all the dates and things needed doing. In the end, we just did whatever Scott told us was needed. Just do what he says nd in th e end, you'll get the home you love like we did.
Scott contacted me after an online inquiry. He proceed to determine what kind of house and location. We saw several and finally decided on a very nice home in Deltona.
