He handled everything from putting me in contact with someone to do a home inspection to finding me a general contractor, whom I still do business with today. He helped me buy my Orlando home on the water several years ago when I was looking all over Orlando. was patient and fun to look at houses with during the process, no matter how much I wanted to look. Even though I had to pay over full price to get my offer accepted against someother ones, I still got a good deal on the home, and he helped me get rid of the home for the most money possible when the crash came a few years later. Since then, I've had him sell several properties for me here in East Orlando, and even a vacant land piece way over in Citrus County on the other coast. Though I've gone to Scott for Real Estate advice for lots of years, I've never actually bought or sold a home with Scott as I live in Brevard County where the Orlando MLS doesn't work, yet I've referred him my family, and he always does the kind of job and follow up that I think makes me look good for sharing his name.
