Even though I had to pay over full price to get my offer accepted against someother ones, I still got a good deal on the home, and he helped me get rid of the home for the most money possible when the crash came a few years later. Since then, I’ve had him sell several properties for me here in East Orlando, and even a vacant land piece way over in Citrus County on the other coast. Scott sold my Home in Park Manor in East Orlando in 2007 when the market was starting its downward turn. It was a great time for me to sell then and we got a good price looking back; since then he’s kept in touch over these many years. I’ve had a chance to see him in action with other properties he has sold and see he is consistent, reliable and gets results. The thing I remember most from all those years ago is that he kept me informed every step of the way- with calls, email, texts. I am a first time home buyer. I met Scott through Zillow, inquiring about a specific home. While that particular home was no longer for sale, Scott got to know myself & my family's needs & hasn't stopped looking since. This was in April! We've seen multiple homes/properties. 1. I am currently in the process of purchasing a home to live in the Apopka area. I met my realtor Scott Garrison online through Realtor.com. Scott is an awesome realtor agent to work with. He showed several properties to me in accord to my schedule. I started searching for a home in November and found the house of my choice in June. During this time Scott and I stayed in touch. We were competing with multiple over full price offers to get the house of my choice, Scott encouraged me to offer a little over full price in order to get the home and not lose out to another buyer. In fact the property has appraised for value. During the inspection phase Scott helped me to get a repair concession on an “As Is” contract. I saw huge difference between the Listing Agent and Scott when it came down to paying attention to details and the relentless following up. Scott always kept me to update on everything. Scott recommended me to a GREAT Lender that I was extremely satisfied with, even though it was a long haul to closing! Together Scott, the lender and the rest of his team including the Home Inspector all provide quality and professional service to me. It was a pleasure to work with such a Great group of people. We Met Scott Garrison at one of the online Real Estate Sites like this one about a year ago, and knew right away he was the one to work with to buy Rentals here in Central Florida! He's consistently helpful, answers the phone for me whenever I have a question, and knows what he's doing. We have bought several properties with him, and referred him to our family members who have also bought homes to rent with him. He has a great team of professionals he uses that we have got great results with like local mortgage lenders and Home Inspectors. He makes the buying process as easy as it can be. There's no reason for anyone not to feel comfortable being able to trust him to do the right thing for you too with Orlando Rentals!

He was the listing agent on the home we bought in Winter Springs thru another agent. We got a great deal on this Bank Owned property and had no problems closing or getting our loan. We got 6 bedrooms, 4 baths for $293,000. Most everything with this Listing agent was done thru email, we never actually met his as we had our own agent. Fine job.
