We are relocating from Ma and once we arrived to Fl this realtor made himself available to us for the entire time we were there and we were not to familiar with the Orlando area and Scott Garrison as he drove us around looking at the houses he gave us a good amount of information on Orlando's history this was incredibly helpful. I saw all the positive reviews of Scott Garrison on this site, and agree with most of them that he’s a keeper. He’s kind of funny on the phone- very direct - and tells me all the things I don’t really want to hear but need to like how I’ll need to offer OVER full price on these homes or I won’t get my contract accepted by the seller. He was right- I offered less twice and didn’t get the places, so we are still working together. It’s been so long we’ve been working together I decided to give him a good review before I actually buy. If you are reading the reviews like I did and wondering, you should call him and ask him to help you if you are unhappy with your old Realtor like I was.

I've used Scott Garrison's services to purchase two rental properties, one in 2012, and another in 2013. I've found Scott to be extremely thorough and detail-oriented. He stays on top of the entire process, from the initial offer to the closing, and makes sure there are no errors on the HUD, etc., and reminds the buyer of things they may need to take care of before closing, and always maintains good communication with the buyer. Scott is also experienced with short sales and knows how to make them happen, while at the same time not sugarcoating the length of time it takes to bring one to fruition. I would definitely recommend Scott to other buyers/sellers here in Central Florida.

We first hired another agent my Mother know to sell our homein Conway when the tenants moved out and left it empty and we were in Kentucky. It just sat there for many months of us making the mtg. payments. Finally we had to fire our Realtor and we hired Scott to sell home, as my Husband knew him from College out a UCF from years ago and he stayed in touch all these years. Immediatley we saw a difference in energy, attitude and communication. We showed up everywhere I looked online and got an amazing number of showings and (low) offers almost right away. Scott was stubborn and didn't let us consider the low ones, and eventually we got a good offer just like he said. Then we had a nightmare with some old permits that were still open from before we bought the home and it took forever and a lot of money to get them closed out so we could finally move on. I can't imagine how much worse it would have been if Scott hadn't had been there for us as we were oiut of state- he is so on top of it is is almost irritating he's relentless.. maybe that's what it takes to get it done. I'm sure he saved us thousands of dollars in the end.

If you've heard good stuff about Scott Garrison then it is true. He made it as easy and as painless as the process can be. He was immediately engaged in the promotion and marketing to sell a condo for me and he kept me informed. He knew what it would sell for and he priced it to sell. He even helped stage the unit to make it more appealing. Offers were tendered before we were even willing to accept any. Scott is a good strategist with keen market instinct. Some realtors have properties for sale. Scott Garrison SELLS properties. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I am not one to easily recommend. He is a very good realtor and a decent and easy to like guy. He will be the first person I call whenever buying or selling. He has me at "SOLD". Go Scott!

This was the second time I've hired Realtor Scott Garrison to Sell a property for me here in Orlando and he did a WAY fantastic job. I'm an out of state investor, first he sold a difficult piece of Vacant land for me for cash in about 6-7 days when I though it would take a year, this time he just sold a rental for near Maitland Center and I-4. In the end he Sold it THREE times in 39 total days- we had over 7 offers during that time, including some crazy ones from less-experienced Realtors & Buyers Scott recommended I move away from. He just kept going and going until we got a normal buyer with a normal transaction, and that in the end we managed to dodge numerous potential EXPENSIVE issues and get a good price for the property. Scott went above and beyond in protecting me from weird offers and unreasonable requests from other agents. He gave me personalized and detailed service, nearly always answering the phone personally no matter when I called; hewent out of his way to help me… for instance, he personally ordered some replacement windows thru a contractor he know, and oversaw the installation himself all while I was out of state.. and even PAID for the windows personally and agreed to get reimbursed by closing. Second time he sold a home for me was even better than the first, and I would be sure to work with him again when I sell my Kissimmee Rental next year.

Scott Garrison is wonderful and so attentive. he is knowledgable and not overbearing. I would tell anyone to use his services. he would make phone calls for me to the appropriate people as I am an out of state buyer. he even called me back on a weekend.
