Recently he helped me selling with some Vacant Land using some type of Land Trust that he made easy for me! I know a LOT of Realtors, and he knows things in Real estate I don't think anyone else knows or would take the time to explain to me. Scott has a wonderful way of explain complicated "stuff" simply. Even with difficult issues, give him enough time to think about them, and he'll come up with an answer that works. He keeps in touch, both electronically and personally. I know him to be disciplined, helpful and way cool to ride around with when we are in the car looking at real estate.
