We hired Scott when he was referred to us by a friend of ours that had worked with him on several home sales and purchase…after we had another agent- she had it on the market for 3 months and we only had 7 showings. This was for our old home and we now live several hours away and don't get by much to see it now. What a difference when we canceled and hired Scott to sell our home! We had 7 showings in the first week or two. He had us make some repairs we didn't even know were needed, and all a sudden we were all over the internet- even YouTube where he posted a video. How come our last agent didn't do this for us? I had to sell my condo and move back up North after owning if for just a few months. I bought it with him originally; he found it for me when I didn't live in the state without my even seeing it first. I have worked with him before so I knew I could trust him to pick me a good one without seeing it in person. I called him again when I had to sell again fast; he sold it in less than 2 weeks and we closed 2 weeks later.
