I saw all the positive reviews of Scott Garrison on this site, and agree with most of them that he’s a keeper. He’s kind of funny on the phone- very direct - and tells me all the things I don’t really want to hear but need to like how I’ll need to offer OVER full price on these homes or I won’t get my contract accepted by the seller. He was right- I offered less twice and didn’t get the places, so we are still working together. It’s been so long we’ve been working together I decided to give him a good review before I actually buy. If you are reading the reviews like I did and wondering, you should call him and ask him to help you if you are unhappy with your old Realtor like I was.

I am an investor in Orlando real estate, mostly in West Orlando bought a home to fix up and flip and called Scott Garrison to get it sold for me. He did a great job- we had over 5 offers in a few days and then the offer we chose didn't work out, he put it back on for sale right away and got another couple of over full price offers.
