I found Scott on Zillow, after looking at his reviews I decided to give him a call. I had called three other realtors, but he was the first one to respond back. We explained to him our situation, and he gave us some advice on what our options were. Later we called him back again when we were ready to sell the home because he had given so much great tips. He had a lot of knowledge, and experience. He did an amazing job selling our property! He made the process very fast and seamless. Definitely would work with him again.

A Realtor family Member found Scott by his marketing online as area Specialists, and after I met with him I hired him to sell my home in Southwest Orlando. I live about 3 hours south of Orlando so having Scott as my realtor really made everything run very smoothly and I didn't even have to drive up for the closing. He produced over 20 showings for me in only 24 days, and in the end his colleague found a buyer who offered full price! There were a few repairs required to the home and since I live out of the area, Scott made getting the repairs done very easy on me. He made the whole selling process easy and even the actual closing was done by mail, giving me plenty of time to return the papers so I didn’t have to rush. He consistently follows up, always does what he says when he says he will do it. He has integrity and energy. He communicates completely, clearly and seems to never forget or miss a detail and answer all my many questions. I was happy and satisfied with the process. I reached out to Scott online after reading all of his great reviews. I had been having a hard time finding a relator willing to work with me in specifically finding a piece of vacant land in the Clermont area, but Scott was amazing in the whole process. He provided a private link with properties specified to my personal criteria (price, location etc.) and it was constantly updated with new properties. Once we found what I was looking for he helped me make my offer and we succeeded in an accepted offer WAY BELOW the asking price, almost 32,000 less!! After the offer there were a few minor bumps in the road on the sellers part, but Scott was great the whole way communicating with me and the seller and always letting me know the best options available to me. Even though I wasn't making a large purchase I was given the same excellent service as if I was trying to make an expensive purchase, which I really appreciated since all other realtors were giving me the brush off. The communication was one of the biggest pros, I would receive emails and text messages keeping me updated and he also responded quickly to any questions or inquires I had and never left me hanging. It was great working with someone who was so personable, I was treated like an individual and not like a burden or "just another sale". I already referred him to my sister who was buying a house, but I would highly refer him to anyone else who is looking to buy any sort of property not just a house.
