Scott Garrison is a Good Man, knows his business. From the time I first met with him…. to the time I got an actual check for the sale of my Home in Lake Mary… was less than 30 days, including the time to put in on the market, get it sold, and get it CLOSED. Got a great price and he sold it with a Cash offer too. Of course I would use him again! Easy to communicate with. Very familiar with homes in the Forest community here in Lake Mary.
We had our house in Reunion on the Market for nearly a year with no success. A friend of mine told me about Scott and how good he was, I was skeptical, but Scott is a marketing expert in Real Estate, he managed to sell our house in a few weeks as soon as he took over and got us over the asking price! He is truly an amazing and extremely experienced realtor, and I would recommend him to anyone.
We live out of state now, and Scott Garrison sold a piece of land we own in Winter Garden after we had it on the market over 200 days with another Realtor. When we gave the listing to Scott, he sold it in only 20 days for a great price! Scott has great intuition from his years of experience, and the best work ethic I have seen. I could not recommend him more!!
Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that's just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I'm "in his phone" he'll recognize the call and he's always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself "my favorite Realtor" so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It's taking forever to get the contract approved by the seller's lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I didn't believe him. If this one doesn't work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.
Just a quick thanks to Wes for all the fun we had looking at homes to buy in Deland and Orange City! Wes was able to really guide us towards the type of home we were looking for though I think we drove you crazy looking at so many homes. Thanks again Wes and his partner Scott for all the nights you spent driving us around and all of your really bad jokes! Lol It was all worth it and we love our view of the Water!
My husband and I have known Scott Garrison about 30 years. Even as a young man, we noticed his motivation and willingness to work hard. So when it came time to sell our vacant land in the downtown Orlando area, we knew who we would call. Scott always responded to text messages and returned phone calls quickly, including weekends. It was easy discussing offers on the property, finally accepting a strong offer from a buyer generated by Scott. The closing was scheduled for the day before our daughter's wedding which wasn't going to work for us. Scott arranged a more convenient day for us to sign papers. He has great follow up and does what he promises. He seems to never forget or miss a detail. He’s been in business longer than I’ve been alive and I don’t think there is anything I could ask him he wouldn’t know about! They told me the truth about what to expect, not just what I wanted to hear…and that made things easier as I wasn’t surprised. How did he know what was going to come up and warn me about it, before it even did? There a confidence he has that probably comes from doing this for so long. We found Scott online as we were looking for condos and he was in our corner every step of the way advising us on the right property. We offered on three places and his understanding of the market helped us limit how high we were willing to go and wait to find the right places. Being patient helped get us the best deals. We depended on his advice to pursue or not different options. After helping us negotiate a fair contract he was very helpful in negotiating some credits after the inspection revealed some problems with the units. He took care of us when curve balls were thrown at us during the closing process too. His advice on how to take care of the practical, post closing, details were necessary because we are new to the area and ignorant of the steps to turn on utilities and initiate postal service. He not only helped us get one property but worked very hard to get us a condo right next door so together they functioned like a duplex. Because we plan to live in one and rent out the other, his expertise with the rental market was invaluable as he coached us here as well. I have known Wes for almost 10 years and I first met him as a Contractor and used on several projects for my house.
