Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that's just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I'm "in his phone" he'll recognize the call and he's always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself "my favorite Realtor" so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It's taking forever to get the contract approved by the seller's lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I didn't believe him. If this one doesn't work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.

We live out of state now, and Scott Garrison sold a piece of land we own in Winter Garden after we had it on the market over 200 days with another Realtor. When we gave the listing to Scott, he sold it in only 20 days for a great price! Scott has great intuition from his years of experience, and the best work ethic I have seen. I laive in Orlando and I worked with Wes over a period of a few months to help me find a vacant lot that I could build on. He was really efficient with everything, I had an updated list emailed to me every morning of properties that were available when an new one came on. There was a problem with the lot that I put an offer on not really being the size it was listed as, it was too small according to the survey I got. Scott Garrison is a Good Man, knows his business. From the time I first met with him…. to the time I got an actual check for the sale of my Home in Lake Mary… was less than 30 days, including the time to put in on the market, get it sold, and get it CLOSED. Got a great price and he sold it with a Cash offer too. Of course I would use him again! Easy to communicate with. Very familiar with homes in the Forest community here in Lake Mary.

A Realtor family Member found Scott by his marketing online as area Specialists, and after I met with him I hired him to sell my home in Southwest Orlando. I live about 3 hours south of Orlando so having Scott as my realtor really made everything run very smoothly and I didn't even have to drive up for the closing. He produced over 20 showings for me in only 24 days, and in the end his colleague found a buyer who offered full price! There were a few repairs required to the home and since I live out of the area, Scott made getting the repairs done very easy on me. He made the whole selling process easy and even the actual closing was done by mail, giving me plenty of time to return the papers so I didn’t have to rush. He consistently follows up, always does what he says when he says he will do it. He has integrity and energy. He communicates completely, clearly and seems to never forget or miss a detail and answer all my many questions. I was happy and satisfied with the process.
