After 6 months of our house being on the market with unsuccessful activity with our old Realtor, we decided to search for another Realtor to sell our home in Tuscawilla in Winter Springs. We had a condo in Orlando, FL. My husband and I live in another state. About 10 minutes after I sent email to Scott Garrison, he called me back and we met the next day to start the sale. The condo was tenant occupied which made it difficult for potential buyers to see with 24 hours notice. Finally the tenants moved out when the lease expired and we received offers shortly after. The condo was not highly priced I have to say, but the buyer still made demands. We did make some repair work but not all of it and the buyer accepted. The title company Scott Garrison found was efficient too which made the out of state transaction easy. I would recommend Scott Garrison for selling your home.

It was the first time I dealt with a real estate agent and he made the process easy and kinda fun. He seamed to know a lot about the Maitland area and that was very convenient. There were many places to look at and I had much to consider. He was easy to get a hold of when I had questions about finding a lender and I would recommend him to friends and family.

Wes & Scott Garrison were absolutely amazing! Buying a home is a scary thought and for most first time home buyers it’s like stepping into the unknown. Wes made the process so easy for us. No matter how small the question was he was always available and happy to help us. they, most importantly, always kept their word. He was honest throughout the whole process, even if it meant pointing out little things in homes that would eventually be a nuisance in the day to day living.
