I worked with Scott Garrison so long ago I can’t even remember how far back- must have been in the early 90’s when we were both just out of college at UCF. He helped me buy my first home a new construction in Dunhill in Oviedo (I can’t even remember the address) and then helped me sell it 3 years later when I took a job in Atlanta, and we made a profit even after only a few years new construction. I called Re/Max Town & Country looking for an agent to help me list my house. I was connected with Wes and his Brother Scott Garrison, and after a brief conversation we set an appointment for him to come and see the property. What I was most impressed with, was not just his knowledge about how to sell, but that he was a licensed resid. contractor as well! He really saved me some money with his advice I was ready to do some serious upgrades thinking that’s what it would take to sell. I laive in Orlando and I worked with Wes over a period of a few months to help me find a vacant lot that I could build on. He was really efficient with everything, I had an updated list emailed to me every morning of properties that were available when an new one came on. There was a problem with the lot that I put an offer on not really being the size it was listed as, it was too small according to the survey I got. Wes really handled it though and renegotiated everything and I got a better deal! Could not be happier and would recommend Wes and Scott both to buy Vacant Land here in Central Florida.

Scott Garrison is a Good Man, knows his business. From the time I first met with him…. to the time I got an actual check for the sale of my Home in Lake Mary… was less than 30 days, including the time to put in on the market, get it sold, and get it CLOSED. Got a great price and he sold it with a Cash offer too. Of course I would use him again! Easy to communicate with. Very familiar with homes in the Forest community here in Lake Mary.

Called him from this site and it took him a few calls to call me back (maybe that's just how it works- most other realtors never called me back at ever), but once he did he showed me the home I found on my own in Casselberry, which I ended up hating when I saw it, so he sent me a list of some other ones and I feel he is a big help to me now. He said once I'm "in his phone" he'll recognize the call and he's always there when I call him. When he calls me he calls himself "my favorite Realtor" so I guess he is! The list he sends me were just the kind of homes I wanted, and we have a short sale under contract now in Winter Park waiting to close. It's taking forever to get the contract approved by the seller's lender, not Scott Garrison fault, he told me it would take forever and I didn't believe him. If this one doesn't work I would definitely stick with him on the next one.
