I reached out to Scott online after reading all of his great reviews. I had been having a hard time finding a relator willing to work with me in specifically finding a piece of vacant land in the Clermont area, but Scott was amazing in the whole process. He provided a private link with properties specified to my personal criteria (price, location etc.) and it was constantly updated with new properties. Once we found what I was looking for he helped me make my offer and we succeeded in an accepted offer WAY BELOW the asking price, almost 32,000 less!! After the offer there were a few minor bumps in the road on the sellers part, but Scott was great the whole way communicating with me and the seller and always letting me know the best options available to me. Even though I wasn't making a large purchase I was given the same excellent service as if I was trying to make an expensive purchase, which I really appreciated since all other realtors were giving me the brush off. The communication was one of the biggest pros, I would receive emails and text messages keeping me updated and he also responded quickly to any questions or inquires I had and never left me hanging. It was great working with someone who was so personable, I was treated like an individual and not like a burden or "just another sale". I already referred him to my sister who was buying a house, but I would highly refer him to anyone else who is looking to buy any sort of property not just a house.

We found Scott online as we were looking for condos and he was in our corner every step of the way advising us on the right property. We offered on three places and his understanding of the market helped us limit how high we were willing to go and wait to find the right places. Being patient helped get us the best deals. We depended on his advice to pursue or not different options. After helping us negotiate a fair contract he was very helpful in negotiating some credits after the inspection revealed some problems with the units. He took care of us when curve balls were thrown at us during the closing process too. His advice on how to take care of the practical, post closing, details were necessary because we are new to the area and ignorant of the steps to turn on utilities and initiate postal service. He not only helped us get one property but worked very hard to get us a condo right next door so together they functioned like a duplex. Because we plan to live in one and rent out the other, his expertise with the rental market was invaluable as he coached us here as well. We were very happy with the process and the results and believe others looking to buy in this area would appreciate his help, as we did, from start to finish.

I have known Scott for many years so it was easy fro me to call him to help me buy a condo near downtown Orlando in Conway. Scott encouraged me to put in an OVER-Full Price offer to get the home secured, then when the appraisal came in lower Scott negotiated a $19,000 or 10% PRICE REDUCTION on my behalf- What a difference that will make in my equity and low Payments! Scott has great follow up, always does what he says when he says he'll get it done. He has integrity and energy and communicates completely... seemingly never forgetting or missing a detail He even recommended a GREAT Home Inspector that I was very pleased with!
