I called Re/Max Town & Country looking for an agent to help me list my house. I was connected with Wes and his Brother Scott Garrison, and after a brief conversation we set an appointment for him to come and see the property. What I was most impressed with, was not just his knowledge about how to sell, but that he was a licensed resid. contractor as well! He really saved me some money with his advice I was ready to do some serious upgrades thinking that’s what it would take to sell. We went through a few offers due to other crazy Realtors that made me appreciate Scott and Wes even more, but finally got a great offer for our asking price in just a few weeks. Thanks to both, everything went through without a hitch… in the end! I would recommend them to sell a home here in the Orlando area for sure!

I had to offer OVER FULL PRICE to be competitive on my condo, so others will believe that's what they have to do. I have great follow by phone and email that I pay attention to all the details, and that I made the buying process easy, and made it easy for me to get into the Condo during the closing process. Also, Scott Garrison reffered me to good Insurance person. I was fun and interesting to work with and that I trust Scott Garrison to do the right thing for me.
