Sara Baumbach is at the top of her game in her field. She is phenomenal at her job and we have and will continue to refer her to anyone looking to buy and sell a home. We were looking for our forever home. After purchasing two homes together prior, we were already familiar with the process and extremely picky. Sara took the time to really get to know what we wanted and was endlessly patient as we took our time looking for the perfect fit. She was honest, comforting and offered her professional perspective when we felt discouraged or wanted to settle for less. During our search the market was changing often. She made sure that we were prepared at each turn of the market so when the time came we would be able to beat the competition. When we finally put an offer in she got creative in making our offer the most desirable, while still being cognizant of our budget and comfort level. At this crucial time her communication skills were impeccable. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Details that felt overwhelming to us along the way she simply took care of and reported back with all pertinent information. In both buying our dream home and simultaneously selling our longtime home, she made the process feel effortless. She was always upfront and realistic with us on what to expect and what we needed to do to make the transactions continue to move forward. The best part of working with Sara Baumbach is she is incredibly delightful. She’s easy to trust and her heartwarming bubbly personality is the icing on the cake. We loved working with Sara throughout this very personal and life-changing process of buying our dream home and selling a home we loved.

Sara is fantastic! She’s extremely knowledgeable, worked hard to understand what we were looking for and helped us find great houses that weren’t obvious options. In addition, she worked tirelessly, trying to get through a tough contract with a very difficult seller, and supported us and communicated everything that was going on. She worked hard to make sure that our inspection objections got the best responses possible, and helped us stay realistic about what we should even ask for. I hope to never buy another house, but if i do, I will absolutely call Sara first.
