We have worked with Sandi for 25 years on several properties. Sandi has always been great to us. Her knowledge of real estate, especially in Douglas County, is top shelf and she works very hard to make the process of buying/selleing a home as stress free as possible. It was obvious that she the best realtor that we interviewed. From the day we signed with her, she was actively trying to find us a home. Whenever she was out of town, she was available by phone or text. When she was out of the country, she provided another realtor to cover for her and that realtor was friendly, and available. My husband and I are very particular people who strive for excellence in our own lives. We prefer to work with others that also have that mantra. Sandi is very knowledgeable about the real estate market in the Castle Rock Colorado area. She was almost always available by text, or phone. Never dropped the ball on any issues related to the Sale.
