This is our 2nd time working with Ed. He has a breadth of knowledge about real estate that he passed on to us during our sell and purchase transactions. He helped us avoid some "land mines" and negotiated a great deal for us on both ends. He was extremely accommodating with his time and made the whole process enjoyable.

Ed Robinson never stopped or slowed in his quest to sell my sister's mobile home. What appeared to be a 'slam-dunk' sale began to unravel as the market changed and 3 buyers quit for various reasons. Ed never wavered. He priced the home correctly and worked diligently to finish each sale. (Buyers were all from other Realtors.) Ed kept in constant contact and advised me what needed to be done to keep the home saleable. (I live in Phoenix, Arizona). He spent untold hours to affect a sale even though his commission would be minimal due to low sale price (mobile home). After several failed deals Ed bargained a sale that was fair. I can't praise Ed Robinson enough for his perseverance and professionalism. I recommend Ed without hesitation to anyone in need of a true professional who is honest and dependable.
