He provided us with a steady stream of condo listings that met our needs, and gave us useful hints about the neighborhoods they were in. Eventually he and his staff took us around during a week-long visit to the city. We eventually bought a delightful condo in a different neighborhood than we had previously considered, which he recommended we look at after getting an in-person view of our likes and dislikes. He continued to be helpful in our somewhat unorthodox cash transaction, and has helped us with such items as how to deal with our new condo association and management. All in all, we had a wonderful experience with Richard and he is a profoundly knowledgeable and professional real estate agent. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a dedicated (and very nice) agent in San Diego.

Richard did a fabulous job finding a buyer while we were out of town for several weeks, in only 3 days after listing the property. He always kept us informed of activities going on. Using the docu-sign system for the documents was extremely helpful since we were not physically in San Diego during escrow.

This is our second time working with Richard and we happily recommend him for any buying/selling needs. Richard is patient and walked us through dozens of houses while we looked for the one that was just right. He never pushed his thoughts on us and was always willing to talk things through.
