He was quickly able to assemble professionals in: electric, plumbing, termite and whole house inspections to help us revise our proposal to the sellers. He was also able to connect us with an architect and a few general contractors. Oh, and the lender he recommended was able to get our loan closed in just over 2 weeks!! Overall, we are really happy with our experience thus far. I would definitely recommend Richard for selling or buying real estate.

Richard was absolutely wonderful in handling the sale of my house. There were some tricky problems with the city and the buyer, he tackled them all, with knowledge, calm and charm. He was certainly kind to me; he explained all the details, scheduling, etc. His staff is very professional; he has a wonderful photographer, they arrived, measured rooms, took photos, they left.
