He was also able to connect us with an architect and a few general contractors. Oh, and the lender he recommended was able to get our loan closed in just over 2 weeks!! Overall, we are really happy with our experience thus far. I would definitely recommend Richard for selling or buying real estate.

Richard was absolutely wonderful in handling the sale of my house. There were some tricky problems with the city and the buyer, he tackled them all, with knowledge, calm and charm. He was certainly kind to me; he explained all the details, scheduling, etc. His staff is very professional; he has a wonderful photographer, they arrived, measured rooms, took photos, they left. As a first-time homebuyer, (from across the country, during a pandemic, no less), I really thought this would be a wildly stressful experience. But Richard definitely helped make this process smoother than my expectations. Distance shopping is hard, but Richard helped us get to know the different neighborhoods and drove us around showing off all the fun highlights of each neighborhood we were interested in. Although we didn't end up needing to do this, Richard was very willing to do virtual showings of home. I found him to be personable, humble, and extremely knowledgeable. His number of contacts and relationships in the San Diego housing market community certainly seemed to help us get a home we are very happy with after our first offer.
