If more than 5 stars were available, i would grant them. Richard is a true professional and goes above and beyond the normal parameters of "realtor" if needed. Fort Mohave is a great community a bit off the beaten path. We were relocating to Texas and not nearby for things that came up. Richard helped navigate unusual circumstances including our request to have items removed from the property, cleaning, coordinating repairs and even helped us when the utilities were inadvertently shut off. He was prompt with communication, guided us with pricing and helped us select the best offer (educating us on why it was superior) out of what was presented. We were informed every step of the way and delighted with the outcome. We highly recommend Richard and would use him again without hesitation.
