We live in Idaho and so our good friend (and realtor) here interviewed a couple realtors in Arizona and found Richard. Richard went above and beyond…and then some. He was always very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, did all the footwork for me when it came to finding the people/companies needed to get the house ready to put on the market, as well as fixing the things that the buyer requested during escrow. He made the whole process a lot less painful as I was going through the painful loss of my brother. I will always be grateful for all his help. I can’t recommend Richard enough!
