I am so grateful to have found Richard to get me through the process of selling my home! I was leaving the country for a month when the offer came in on my property and I switched realtors to engage his services. The closing was scheduled for less than two weeks after my return. He knew what things I needed to do in the short time I had before leaving, and what could wait. Richard showed up for the inspections and appraisals while I was gone. He went above and beyond in helping me respond to the buyers requests to cure. He helped me find a new title company while I was overseas due to issues that arose.
