I am so grateful to have found Richard to get me through the process of selling my home! I was leaving the country for a month when the offer came in on my property and I switched realtors to engage his services. The closing was scheduled for less than two weeks after my return. He knew what things I needed to do in the short time I had before leaving, and what could wait. Richard showed up for the inspections and appraisals while I was gone. He went above and beyond in helping me respond to the buyers requests to cure. He helped me find a new title company while I was overseas due to issues that arose. The title officer and company he recommended were exactly what I needed and took care of everything in a competent and helpful manner, under time constraints. During the entire process, my questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and competently, and in a helpful and courteous manner. I was well-informed at all times and this greatly put my mind at ease. What sets Richard above other realtors I've worked with is his responsiveness, and his focus on making my needs his priority.
