I am so grateful to have found Richard to get me through the process of selling my home! I was leaving the country for a month when the offer came in on my property and I switched realtors to engage his services. The closing was scheduled for less than two weeks after my return. He knew what things I needed to do in the short time I had before leaving, and what could wait. Richard showed up for the inspections and appraisals while I was gone. He went above and beyond in helping me respond to the buyers requests to cure. He helped me find a new title company while I was overseas due to issues that arose. The title officer and company he recommended were exactly what I needed and took care of everything in a competent and helpful manner, under time constraints. During the entire process, my questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and competently, and in a helpful and courteous manner. I was well-informed at all times and this greatly put my mind at ease. What sets Richard above other realtors I've worked with is his responsiveness, and his focus on making my needs his priority. When my brother died unexpectedly last year (2023), I was suddenly tasked with taking care of his estate, which included selling his home. We live in Idaho and so our good friend (and realtor) here interviewed a couple realtors in Arizona and found Richard. Richard went above and beyond…and then some. He was always very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, did all the footwork for me when it came to finding the people/companies needed to get the house ready to put on the market, as well as fixing the things that the buyer requested during escrow.
