I was given Richard’s name from my mom’s friend who had worked with him when she moved to AZ. From my first conversation with Richard, I knew we would work well together. I am in MA so I could not be there for the hands on… which didn’t matter because Richard stepped in and took care of everything. He kept in touch regularly with updates regarding showings, etc. he was able to sell the property for a fair price and move things along seamlessly. Richard really was excellent to work with, (even never having met face to face) from across the country!

I couldn't have asked for a more accommodating realtor. Working with Richard Irminger has been very enjoyable. We live in California and wanted to sell our two apartment buildings (4 units in each). We had made a list of repairs we wanted to complete before listing the apartments for sale. We chose to do some repairs our self and to have other repairs done by a handymen. Richard coordinated the repairs and was able to open the apartments for the workers. He is a problem solver and helped find solutions to problems and answer our questions along the way. Richard was honest and trustworthy every step of the way from beginning to end.
This was a difficult move since it was cross country and without Richard's expertise and experience it would have been even more difficult. He was able to facilitate and coordinate the the showing, all the endless paperwork, the final walk through and close on the property in record time. He stayed in contact with me everyday and was available each time I had questions.

I can't tell you enough how much faith we put in Richard and he Never once thought of jumping ship. Not only for finding us exactly what we wanted.
