I am in MA so I could not be there for the hands on… which didn’t matter because Richard stepped in and took care of everything. He kept in touch regularly with updates regarding showings, etc. he was able to sell the property for a fair price and move things along seamlessly. Richard really was excellent to work with, (even never having met face to face) from across the country!

We had made a list of repairs we wanted to complete before listing the apartments for sale. We chose to do some repairs our self and to have other repairs done by a handymen. Richard coordinated the repairs and was able to open the apartments for the workers. He is a problem solver and helped find solutions to problems and answer our questions along the way.
