Richard is the nicest Realtor I have worked with. From start to finish, he communicated frequently, explained the processes, and was committed. Our home was a niche market for selling. Richard went above and beyond to make sure our deal was done. I don't think we could have worked with a better Realtor.

We loved working with Richard! He's one of THE BEST realtors you'll ever work with. He was always there for us, listened to our needs and made sure we were up to date on everything. He made us feel like we were more than just his clients. You will not regret choosing Richard as your real estate agent!

Extremely easy to work with Richard, very patient and knowledgeable. The process can be very daunting but he made it painless and l wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

Richard was a good agent in every category. Never complained he was very respectful and very informative. Just great person to have on your side.

Richard was super helpful when it came to any questions we had about our buying process. He was quick to respond to any messages or calls and never left us waiting for a response. He made sure to let us know what was going on every step of the way and gave great simple explanations for complicated parts of the buying process. He also gave great local recommendations for people to contact about any work or renovations we would want done to the house. Overall, he was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and we were very fortunate to have him as our realtor.

Once again we reached out to Richard. He just sold our house in Dec. and we moved out of state then last month called him and said this is the area and this is the price find me a house. Told him I will be there for day to look at them all. Richard communicated with me through the whole finding a house and next steps. All the way to the minute it recorded. If your looking for a caring person that wants to make sure your happy with your purchase or your a stress case like me through the whole process Richard is your man! We have used Richard now buying and selling 3 houses and every experience I am grateful for how he goes above and beyond for his clients .

Got great responses to my questions. Went out of his way to support this sale.

From the pricing decisions to the final close, Richard guided us through the entire process . His skill brought us through preparing our home for sale, analyzing multiple offers and positioning our counter offers. We dealt with "low ball" offers and Richard's skill helped us correctly analyze and cóunter these potential deals. Our experience with selling our home was mostly stress free and this is because Richard coached us correctly through the process.

As we were not always able to be present at the property, Richard’s expertise and availability were important assets.

Richard is not only Professional but a Friendly human being. He walks you through the process, answers ALL questions and if for some reason the question is out of his expertise Richard directions you to who can possibly answer it for you. Although Richard is quite knowledgeable!!! I am so Grateful to have been recommended to him as an Agent and I will recommend Richard to everyone of my friends and acquaintances. I think he went over and beyond his job. very professional. Amazing thank you.
