I don't think I could have had a better realtor. He was open, attentive, returned calls, explained anything and everything I had questions about, and sold the house for the amount we listed it for. The closing date was shifted twice due to problems of appraisal timing, and we left a mess due to problems we had with the movers and the auctioneer for the items we didn't take, and Richard saw to having it cleaned up at his own expense.

Richard is awesome. I know you can only rate up to 5 but he is a perfect 10. We were living out of town and he would work around our schedule anytime or any date that we was able to get here. He would send us address as soon as it was on the market. When I was having troubles with a loan place, I told him about it and he told me about a place loan place that he has no problems with. If it wasn't for his knowledge, his experience, his personality and his kindness we would not be in our dream house. Also Richard came with us to do our walk through to make sure that our house was perfect. If you are looking for a realtor that listens to all your needs and wants in a house, Look no further.
