She stayed on top of everything from the very beginning, guiding us through putting in an offer on a lake house that was accepted at a great price. She helped us with finding local contractors for things we wanted to change on the new house. Selling our old house with Renee was outstanding. The house was sold in two days - 20 showings bringing in 8 offers before the scheduled open house. We were ecstatic to accept an offer well above asking price that was beyond our dreams. We now realize the value of having an experienced team to work with to get the house ready for showings, advice, help with inspections, negotiations, handling the mountains of paperwork, and all this with alacrity. She was exceptional in how quick she responded to any question that arose. The whole DeKroub team was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend and would use her again in a minute.
