Rehab walked me through this challenging process from the beginning through closing. She helped me navigate the purchase of a smaller new-build home while listing and marketing my much too-large current home. All of this may sound easy until you face the details of deciding and packing what will fit in the new house, selling what won't and making sure the current home is always presentable to potential buyers. However, the real challenge is coordinating and negotiating with the other agent's buyer 'must haves' while allowing me time to move out.

I have sold many of my houses through my life and had some very good realtors. I must say Rehab was the best that I have ever come across. We were not in the state at the time we decided to sell. Rehab cleaned and staged the house for us as we were not able to get back to Arizona to help. If any problems came up Rehab took care of them. Rehab is a very knowledgeable realtor. When you are looking at selling your home she's one step ahead finding out what your home would sell for given others in your neighborhood, but she still allows you to decide your selling price. She was very helpful setting up photographer, appraiser, inspector, etc. and her assistance helped us to know what was going to take place and when. She was always a step ahead letting us know what was going to happen next, very helpful.
