She helped me navigate the purchase of a smaller new-build home while listing and marketing my much too-large current home. Rehab is a very knowledgeable realtor. When you are looking at selling your home she's one step ahead finding out what your home would sell for given others in your neighborhood, but she still allows you to decide your selling price. She was very helpful setting up photographer, appraiser, inspector, etc. and her assistance helped us to know what was going to take place and when. She was always a step ahead letting us know what was going to happen next, very helpful.
