I’d like to thank Ray Stenger for doing an incredible job to sell my parents’ house in Roseville! Since my parents now live in California, as I do, this had to all be done remotely. Man, does this guy hustle! He answered emails and texts late at night, and got the house professionally photographed and listed on the MLS and out to his social media and other networks within a few days. We got multiple offers within less than a week. And Ray gave great advice during the negotiation process that resulted in one seller bidding against the other. For example, one buyer came in with a higher price but with the sale contingent on them selling their house. Ray rushed over and looked at their house right away, and (correctly) assessed that they were likely to successfully sell their house, so it was worth the contingency to get a higher price. We ended up getting almost 5% over asking price, with no concessions for repairs or anything else. Ray also has a team of people to help in the transaction, including an executive assistant and a closing coordinator. Getting a signed sales contract is the just first part. Ray’s team made sure that the closing process was smooth, and all steps were done to close on time. Thank you again, Ray, for such a great job!
