Very immediate with showings, the learns on everything about the house before we got there. Caring and knowing what we were looking for and helped pick something suitable for us. Communication was very quick and things got done fast and was very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone

The most beneficial aspect was the help provided with other aspects such as help with local contractors and assistance with all subsequent issues that arose.

I had listed with another realtor the year before. There was no comparison between them. Tiffani had several creative marketing strategies. Whenever I had a question, if she didn't answer the phone, she got back to you promptly. She kept you in the loop and made sure that you always knew what was going on. When the property sold, she was able to negotiate a higher price than the offer. Q10
