We had a disturbing and disappointing experience with Ms. Sanderson. It was a challenging time for us as home sellers and buyers. Throughout our working relationship, we found Ms. Sanderson to be highly opinionated and confrontational. Her dismissive attitude and unwillingness to provide guidance made the process incredibly stressful. Ms. Sanderson made numerous misleading statements and showed a lack of knowledge about home loans when we asked questions. Ms. Sanderson's lack of patience and empathy left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Her highly critical approach, coupled with her refusal to address our concerns, made us feel like we were walking on eggshells. This emotional toll was exacerbated by her dismissive and scolding demeanor, which only served to heighten our stress and anxiety. She fired us for asking if we should counter an offer, stating that we had wasted her time and never listened to her so why should she say anything. We did try to explain that we did not feel the way she did and asked if she could stop yelling to find a middle ground, but she would not and kept going until we had to hang up, to escape what felt like an attack. Our new agent had more experience, and our offer was accepted quickly, counter to the issues Ms. Sanderson had with the home and what the sellers wanted. It was a relief to have a more positive and productive experience. While we felt like we were constantly apologizing, Ms. Sanderson never apologized or took responsibility for how she treated us; we believe she felt she had done no wrong at all, which is the most problematic area of this whole ordeal.
