Where to start. We first found Phil and Sara when we were stationed in Alaska. We had never bought a home before and were looking in Florida as we were being sent to MacDill AFB in Tampa Florida. First we started with a realtor who assumed that she knew what we wanted and that what we were looking for was not correct. After discarding that first experience we had a great fortune of finding Phil and Sara. They took what we wanted and ran with it. When we found the home we were looking for they walked us through the whole process. Even though we never saw the home in person we had a great comfort in our purchase. After the purchase we stayed in contact with Phil and Sara and when we outgrew our home we leaned on them once again to sell our home and help us find another one. To no suprise they did just that our home flew off the market and Phil found us a wonderful home in a new development at a price that did not make my wallet cry.
