Quick to respond, answered questions with knowledgeable answers
Always responded in a timely manner. Knowledgeable in keeping us informed in the markets progress. Very professional and spoke to what the variables were. When it came to negotiations he gave us options explaining them to us very well and also not hesitating to accomplish what we as the sellers wanted for a successful sale. Made us feel comfortable in what we were asking and that it was perfectly acceptable and reasonable in what we wanted. Definitely had a wonderful personality and was great to work with. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to sell!
